Castle Rock Climbing School was established in 2004 and have been providing Rock Climbing Guided Trips and Rock Climbing Lessons to beginners to advanced climbers ever since.
The Castle Rock Climbing School Climbing Staff are all PCGI trained / certified guides. They also have current wilderness medical certifications from industry endorsed organizations. The staff members are carefully hand-picked and possess the technical expertise and an unsurpassed attention to detail. This means all of our guides pay close attention to our clients learning styles, personal characteristics and climbing aptitude which makes every climbing trip or instructional course memorable and life changing!
Castle Rock Climbing School’s goal is to have every client come away with confidence, transferable skills and fun memories of their climbing experience. We are committed in providing an atmosphere of “Learning While Having Fun” for all of our clients.
We maintain our Commercial Use Authorization (CUA) Permits with Castle Rock State Park, Pinnacles and Joshua Tree National Parks, Skyline-Sanborn County Park along with other climbing destinations in the Eastern Sierras and Southern Yosemite. We also obtain permits at other areas depending on the demand per season. We have also guided individual clients and families on international trips in Mexico and Thailand. Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina will soon be added to our list of international climbing destinations.
Over the years, we have also had the honor and privilege of guiding individuals from many different walks of life, from grade school teachers and students to the worlds’ most renowned medical doctors and most successful business professionals.
Our guides and instructors are very eager to share their passion in rock climbing with you and show you a great time!
